Our Journey from Thailand to Seattle

Our story began in my grandmother’s kitchen in Thailand. I grew up learning the secrets of rich spices and traditional cooking. After moving to Seattle, I graduated from the Art Institute to sharpen my skills. For 15 years, I worked in kitchens across the sea. Today, I use that experience to serve you. We opened in 2012 to share these special family recipes with our neighbors in Belltown.
